1. Send your order details by email with the following information:​

• Delivery and billing address, phone number (required by the courier service for international shipping and customs clearance)

• Desired book title(s)​

 

2. Order Confirmation:

• You will receive an invoice with payment details

• Payment options: Prepayment by bank transfer. PayPal is available only for orders shipped outside the EU. Shipment upon receipt of payment.

• ​For orders shipped to non-EU countries (including the UK and the US), no VAT will be charged

3. Shipping and Invoice:

• After payment is received, delivery will follow within a few days

• You will receive a tracking number for your shipment

• The invoice will be sent digitally as standard

4. Postage and Shipping Costs:

• Within Germany: from €6.00 incl. VAT

• EU countries: from €13.00 incl. VAT

• Switzerland and the UK: from €19.50 (VAT-free)

• Other non-EU countries: from €22.50 (VAT-free); overseas destinations such as the US, Canada or Asia from €27.00

Shipping costs depend on the destination, weight and size of the order. The exact amount will be stated on your invoice before payment. All shipments are sent with tracking.
